WELCOME TO FLIGHTSIM REPAINT...
I've been repainting aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator for over one and a half years, and have picked up many useful skills along the way. If you want professional-quality paint jobs, you've come to the right place.

Back again...
I fell down on the job, I admit. I was busy preparing for finals during most of the month, and I decided to take some time off for Christmas break. Anyway, I'm posting today to announce a service pack for all of my 737-800 repaints. I'll be releasing them all in one large downloadable archive, but due to how large the file could be, I may be releasing it through a site other than Simviation, such as megaupload, or another file hosting site. Also, I'll be picking up my cockpit texture upgrades after the start of the new year. The A321 upgrade should be available sometime around January 1oth or so, I'll let you know when after I finish the textures. Also, the A321 pack will contain a set of code to correct the issues with view positioning in the virtual cockpit that you experience with the aircraft at it's default. So, anyway, look for the 738 pack sometime near the end of next week, and the A321 pack a week or two later. Until then, have a happy new year!

Next repaint coming Sunday...
I missed the last few releases because I've been loaded with pre-Thanksgiving break projects and homework, and I've also been modeling a new plane for FSX. I have no guarantee that I'll ever be able to get it working, it's hard to model with GMAX. But, so far, here's what it's looking like:
Anyway, the next paint is another 772 job. I've repainted the POSKY 772 in the old Northwest Airlines colors. I'll be doing one more 772 repaint, you'll see what it is after next Thursday.
Have a good thanksgiving.

POSKY 772 American Airlines
It's about time that someone came out with a good American Airlines paint for FS2004/FSX. Here at FSR, I've been working for the past two weeks to make an American Airlines livery for the Project Open Sky 777-200. Unlike many other American Airlines paints, this one is made completely from scratch, not from photos, so as to make the textures completely reflective to the environment. Also, it makes the repaint compatible with dynamic lighting and shading system of FSX. This paint works with FS2004 as well. However, this hasn't been tested with FSX Gold or Accelleration, nor has it been tested with Direct X 10 or Service pack 2. Support will not be provided for this addon.

Boeing 777-200 World Travel Airlines (textures only)...
Here's the texture's only version of the POSKY 772 World Travel Airlines livery. It includes several different texture sets so it can be used with different variants of the 772.

POSKY 772 World Travel Airlines...
Hey guys. Sorry that I haven't done anything for a while. Love me. Hate me. Shoot me. I don't care. Anyway...I have this week's repaint up on simviation. It's for the Project Open Sky Boeing 777-200 for FS2004. It's a World Travel Airlines paint based on the one for the FSX 737-800. Unfortunately, because there still aren't many people with this aircraft, I've had to include the model that this goes with, also so people won't try to add it to a different 777-200 version. But I'll be releasing the textures only version of this for this week's scheduled upload.

By the way, I know, the Concorde paintkit isn't up. Unfortunately, Simviation is still refusing to post the plane on their download's page, so I won't be releasing the package through them. It'll still get uploaded, but most likely to a third-party file hosting site. expect to see it in the next 2-4 weeks.

FS9 Concorde Paintkit and news...
Hello again...
Sorry I haven't been active for a while, but my family recently switched to Comcast for internet, and it's constantly been up and down for the past few weeks, but for now, it seems to be working fine. Anyway, I just finished working on a paint kit for an FS9/FSX Concorde. It'll be up by Tuesday afternoon at the latest.

NEWS:
Okay, so, yeah, I know I haven't uploaded anything recently, but I've been busy working on a package to replace the default 777 from FS2004 with the one by Project Open Sky. The reason it's taking me so long is because I've had to go through and completely repaint the default liveries on the new plane. Hopefully, I'll have the package done the week prior to Halloween. Also, I still have a few cockpit upgrades left on my computer to release, so you can expect to see another one of those next week. But after I've released the upgrades I've already done, that'll be it for a while, as I'm in the midst of holding out for a new computer, better equipped to run FSX. So, most likey, I'll run out of upgrades by mid-late November, and there probably won't be any more until late in January and into early February. So, until next week...
See ya.

CRJ700 cockpit upgrades...
Sorry that I haven't posted in a while, but I've been dealing with a lot of school work lately. Anyway, I decided to post the CRJ700 cockpit textures upgrade, which has been gathering dust on my hard drive for about a month now. So, anyway, here it is.

Now Painting for FS2004...
Sup! No, just kidding.
Hey,
Just thought I'd put this out that starting in a few weeks, I'll be painting for FSX AND FS2004. I'm in the midst of ordering FS2004 right now, so I'll most likely be putting and FSX repaint up this week and the next, and possibly and FS2004 repaint the week following (last week of September - first week of October). Since the bmp textures are a HELL OF A LOT easier to use, this also means that I'll be able to finally start releasing much more complex and "curvy" repaints.
Before you start asking "Why would you switch BACK?", it's because FSX doesn't run well on my computer, so in order to get the eye-candy simulation that I'm craving constantly, I've decided to put FS2004 on my laptop, which will undoubtedly be capable of running the game in highest graphics. Also, now I won't have to deal with the "slideshows" that are part of FSX. So what does this mean for FSX repaints? Well, I'm going to say now, I don't know what'll happen. I will most likely keep doing repaints for FSX; I may end up alternating between FSX and FS2004 repaints on a weekly basis. However, after a while, I may develope mainly FS2004. But, we'll see. Anyway. Until Thursday,
Adios

747-400 Cockpit textures upgrade...
Hello again...
Sorry that I haven't done anything for a few weeks, but I've been preoccupied with personal problems...Anyway, this week, due to being overdue with a repaint, I decided to do something a little easier. I present the first of a series of graphical updates for FSX cockpits. This week's update is for the 747-400 virtual cockpit. The textures are modified .dds files that have been changed to display in high-resolution regardless of graphical settings. These will allow older machines to run FSX with high-detail VCs in low-resolution, while preserving the sharp look of the interior. This upgrade will not effect your simulator's performance in any way, other than a possible slight increase in frame rate.

No new repaint this week...
Yeah, nothing new for this week. Maybe not even next week. But I have good reason. I'm in the process of building a program to make adding and removing repaints much easier. I'll post the program hopefully by the 15th of September, assuming I can get it done by then. So, anyway...thanks for sticking with me. Chao.

737-800 Air Scotland...
Sorry that I'm a week late on my weekly repaint-release schedule, but I have been busy prepping for the new school year. Anyway, here's a new repaint, a 738 in Air Scotland livery. It's fictional, since they don't have any 738's in service for Air Scotland. As an added bonus, this repaint has an "easy install" feature, meaning I created an executable (*.exe) installer, so all you have to do is follow the normal installation instructions that apply to any other windows program. However, this repaint has copyright restrictions, so you shouldn't modify or redistribute it without my permission.

747 Repaints...
Instead of the one repaint a week thing, today I'm uploading two repaints for the FSX stock 747-400. One in a fictional Southwest Airlines Livery, another in FedEx paint.

And we're live...
Hey all,
Thank you for visiting my repaints page. Here you'll be able to find links and previews to aircraft repaints for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (10). At present, my goal is to create a minimum of one new repaint per week, so expect a new one every Saturday or so.
Also, you may be happy to hear (or, rather, read) that I'm accepting requests for repaints all of the time. If you want a certain airline livery, but can't find one for the aircraft of your choice, send a request to riker.403@hotmail.com and I'll get right on it as soon as I can.
Here's to a great future in repaints,
-Jason A. Lee
